After being hunted down by the police and captured, a young man named Jack Roberts escapes jail only to be blamed for the crimes of a monster called "The Harrower."

 

Joe Edwards plays Jack, with a supporting cast including Antonio Campelli, Tom Upjohn, Nathan Wood, and Steve larson.

 

Scenes so far have been shot at the Old Tolland County Jail and Musem, the Old Tolland County Court House, Napatree Point, RI, and various places in Vernon and nearby areas in CT.
